- Lead day-to-day practice operations and administrative functions
- Optimize workflows, patient access, and operational performance
- Manage and develop administrative staff and front-line team members
- Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators and support financial sustainability
- Partner with the Medical Director to ensure operational processes effectively support high-quality patient care
- Help lead Merakey Total Health's continued growth and integration with Merakey's other service lines
