Automotive Service Dispatcher

What You'll Do Schedule and prioritize shop workflow Assign work to qualified technicians Ensure warranty procedure compliance Enforce safety and housekeeping standards Review completed work and documentation Ensure vehicle inspections are completed Maintain warranty records and vehicle history Track dispatch logs and carryover vehicles Coordinate parts requirements with Parts Department Monitor repair quality, completion, and repair order closure What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience required.

Strong understanding of dealership service operations, technician workflow, and repair order management. Experience using CDK or similar dealership management systems. BMW dealership experience is preferred.

Previous automotive dealership experience is required Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
