Responsibilities To provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling for Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Older Adults, and their significant others to cope with a multiplicity of social and emotional problems; information and referral; referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families with problems that are related to hospitalization, illness, disability, or trauma.

To provide case management & milieu management, complete psychosocial assessments, assist in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans, work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and to coordinate discharge planning.

Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical record for each client during his/her length of stay.

Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work field OR Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy OR Master's Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling OR In states with a licensure requirement, required upon hire and maintained current in accordance with state regulations.

Minimum one (1) year Inpatient or Outpatient experience with emphasis in mental health care. Experience in working with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, maternal and childcare, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.).

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $32.77 to $43.11.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
