Director, HR Business Partner

In this position you with work with senior leaders in the Chief Business Office . This position will partner with leaders across Product Marketing, Community and Go To Market .

- Serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leaders - Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business - Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale - Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires - Deliver, in partnership with our COEs, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as needed - Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business! - Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary - Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo

- 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience - Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization - Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution - Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills - Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment - Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency - A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves - Creativity in your DNA- this is Adobe after all.

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,900 -- $305,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
