What You'll Do:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable OSS applications supporting:
- Service Provisioning
- Service Activation
- Workflow Orchestration
- Operational Intelligence
- Automation and Self-Healing Operations
- Build cloud-native software solutions using modern application architectures and engineering best practices.
- Develop APIs, microservices, automation frameworks, user interfaces, and system integrations.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions that enhance operational workflows and engineering productivity.
- Develop Agentic AI capabilities, including autonomous agents, task planners, workflow engines, and AI-powered operational assistants.
- Apply data analytics and intelligence solutions across provisioning, inventory, assurance, order management, and network operations data sets.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, network engineers, QA teams, and operations partners to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, technical design sessions, and modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production, application, integration, and data-related issues.
- Drive OSS modernization initiatives using cloud-native architectures, automation, and AI-powered operational capabilities.
- Build reusable frameworks, components, and automation tools that improve engineering efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise engineering standards.
- Stay current on emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, Cloud Computing, OSS Modernization, and Network Automation.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering principles
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience building and supporting distributed, scalable applications in production environments
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development concepts and technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
