Security Officer Front Desk Registration

- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies. - Manage front-desk access activities by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements. - Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel. - Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. - Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. - Be at least 21 years of age. - Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. - Have access control and badge experience, preferred. - Have customer service experience, preferred. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
