Structural Project Engineer

What You'll Do - Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks, adapting technical skills and solving project challenges with strong engineering judgment. - Drive the quality of deliverables by organizing information clearly, reviewing junior staff's work, and tailoring outputs to project scope and contractor needs. - Coordinate proactively with architects and engineers, taking increased responsibility for day-to-day technical decisions. - Support and mentor junior team members through effective delegation and feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. - Grow your leadership skills by assisting with project management activities, contributing to proposals, and engaging in client-facing opportunities.

What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Civil , Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master's degree preferred. - Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred. - 4+ years of structural engineering experience with proficiency in tools like SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit, and experience designing steel, concrete, and timber systems. - Solve complex problems with confidence, balancing priorities, and adapting designs effectively. - Strong communication and emerging leadership, with a commitment to mentoring junior staff and building your professional presence.
