Lead One of the Industry's Most Strategic Hyperscale Customer Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and business-driven Senior Business Unit Manager to lead a critical customer relationship within our rapidly growing Large Form Factor (LFF) Data Center Infrastructure business. This role will support one of the world's leading hyperscale cloud and data center customers, serving as the strategic business leader responsible for operational execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and long-term growth.

As a member of the site leadership team, you will oversee the overall success of a complex customer portfolio supporting next-generation data center infrastructure deployments. You will work closely with executive customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class manufacturing, supply chain, and operational solutions in an environment defined by rapid growth, large-scale capacity expansion, and continuous innovation.

  • Serve as the primary business leader for a major hyperscale customer within the Large Form Factor Data Center Infrastructure market.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders while serving as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive business updates, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion and increased customer investment.
  • Own the overall financial and operational performance of the assigned business unit, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Drive achievement of revenue, margin, operational, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, planning, and quality teams to ensure successful execution of customer programs.
  • Lead business planning activities supporting customer growth, infrastructure expansion, and capacity scaling initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between customer demand forecasts and operational capabilities.
  • Oversee complex manufacturing programs supporting large-scale data center infrastructure deployments.
  • Drive capacity planning strategies to meet aggressive customer growth requirements and market demand.
  • Support new product introductions, production ramp-ups, infrastructure expansions, and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex supply chain, operational, and customer challenges.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery, quality, cost, and operational performance.
  • Manage pricing strategies, profitability, and business unit financial performance.
  • Support commercial negotiations, contract amendments, and customer agreements.
  • Lead customer RFP responses and strategic business reviews.
  • Develop forecasts, business plans, and financial models supporting customer growth and operational investments.
  • Drive improvements in working capital, inventory performance, and overall business efficiency.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in business unit leadership, manufacturing operations, program management, or customer-facing operational roles.
  • 6+ years of preferred experience supporting hyperscale, cloud infrastructure, data center, networking, server, storage, or related technology customers.
  • Preferred experience within the Large Form Factor (LFF) Data Center Infrastructure industry.
  • Experience supporting complex manufacturing environments with significant customer interaction and business ownership.
  • Strong background in operational management, capacity planning, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing large customer programs or strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship management skills.
