PARK MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – GOLD FIELDS DISTRICT / FOLSOM SECTOR/ FOLSOM LAKE STATE RECREATION AREA The Park Maintenance Supervisor serves as a first level supervisor to the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area Maintenance Staff and reports to the Park Maintenance Chief I. The reporting location for this position is Folsom Lake State Recreation Area located in Folsom, CA.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for oversight of various sector operations including: housekeeping, grounds maintenance, the forestry program, purchasing, contracts, oversight of various crews, facility fire resiliency, hiring, vehicle fleet maintenance, project coordination California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and resource protection.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered. Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license is required. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application.

Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) 599.961, this is a sensitive position, and therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing. It should be noted that testing is not mandatory, but is allowed to be conducted only if and when there is a determination of reasonable suspicion as defined in CCR 599.962.
