  • Establishing program structures, communication plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Continuously optimizing delivery effectiveness by removing friction, managing risks, and improving execution outcomes.
  • Tracking and reporting program status, risks, financial impacts, milestones, and overall health to leadership.
  • Driving Agile delivery practices and fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Creating an environment that empowers and energizes teams and peers through accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and shared ownership.
  • At least 10 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
  • 8+ years leading complex technology programs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communications.
  • Payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, eCommerce, POS, or financial services experience.
  • Experience delivering complex programs involving multiple development teams and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, APIs, payment gateways, and digital commerce platforms.
