About the job: As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for meeting and maintaining productivity and quality standards within the warehouse for order fulfillment. You will be key in building something from the ground up and have a tremendous impact as hims&hers grows.

This role is based in Columbus, Ohio and will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Please note this role may shift to an FH/BH schedule in the future, so flexibility is required.

- Perform OSHA safety checks to ensure equipment is safe to operate.

- Perform various requested tasks to help assist and support warehouse leads or supervisors.

- Consistently maintain all productivity and quality standards.

- 1-3 years of proficient experience on various equipment. (Reach Truck, Seated Forklift) Required

- Proactive and motivated attitude for an energetic work environment.

- Communication skills and works well with a team and independently.

- Basic math skills for accurate counting when picking and packing of orders.

- Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stopping, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
