Field Service Technician

we are looking for: Knowledgeable in customer service principles and processes, including assessing customer requirements, ensuring service quality, and evaluating customer satisfaction levels.

Mechatronics experience with several years of electronic troubleshooting skills Customer face-to-face interaction skills and commercial service skills

• Social perceptiveness
• Technical competence in an engineering discipline Solid knowledge and experience with common business applications such as MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.

Have a good command of the English language. Must have or obtain a Passport Valid US drivers' license with insurable driving record. Nice to have: Industrial electrical certificate.

Poultry industry experience.

Requirements for the role You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Travel & Location This position is fully remote and we ask that you travel approximately 75% of the time.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $30-$45 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.

Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
