Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as a Software Systems Integration Engineer - Level 4 based out of Aurora, CO.

This position requires being onsite and does not support remote or hybrid work.

  • Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule, and cost constraints
  • Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems
  • Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program
  • Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations
  • Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with commercial off the shelf and custom software installation
  • Understanding of, and experience in, investigating log files and software/infrastructure issues
  • Ability to create a lightweight configuration management process

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
