Assisted Living Coordinator

What You'll Do: - Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team - Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews - Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood - Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution - Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs - Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families - Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience - Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards - Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations - Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency

What You'll Bring: - 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare - 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience - Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills - Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory
