Director, Agent Growth & Adoption

Own growth, adoption, and Agent MAU (monthly active users) strategy across key IQ & Agents experiences. Partner with engineering, product management, data science, and design teams to identify opportunities to enhance engagement and customer value.

Build understanding of customer usage patterns, onboarding journeys, activation funnels, and retention drivers. Translate product capabilities into repeatable growth programs that support measurable business outcomes.

Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and help drive alignment against growth objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and partner teams.

Represent customer and market insights to help inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, and investment decisions. Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Experience driving usage growth, engagement, retention, or MAU-based business metrics. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and investment decisions.

Experience working across product, sales, customer success, and marketing organizations. Demonstrated success scaling programs through large organizations and partner ecosystems.
