The Opportunity: Work side-by-side with Intelligence Community and Department of War senior leaders providing strategic support that enhances continuity of operations.
Utilize your leadership and technical expertise to provide advisory and implementation support to continuity planning efforts by preparing for, mitigating, and responding to mission impacts during exercises and real-world events.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the enterprise to refine business continuity of operations plans, conduct business process analysis, assess business impacts, analyze data, develop strategic plans, and revise policies and procedures vital to continuing the client's mission.
Lead small teams and projects, contribute to team deliverables, and develop written reports and briefs for executive-level audiences. You Have: 8+ years of experience providing continuity of operations support to the federal government Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks with competing timelines Ability to develop clear and effective written and verbal communication products for senior leaders utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain a Professional Development Series, Professional Continuity Practitioner, or Associate Business Continuity Professional Certification within 6 months of start date Nice If You Have: Experience leading small teams and developing strategic plans Knowledge of Federal Continuity Directives Ability to travel in support of mission assurance activities, including one to three trips per year Associate Business Continuity Professional Certification, Certified Business Continuity Professional Certification, or FEMA Level II Master Continuity Practitioner Certification Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
