Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor for and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, facility hazards, and other security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a professional presence and following established access control and visitor management procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Handcuffing certification is preferred.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
