Provides exceptional service to customers. Conducts research and analysis of monitored locations, processes alarm calls, dispatches first responders, updates databases, and communicates with emergency personnel.
Provides expertise and excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Conducts research and analysis of burglary and fire alarm monitored locations and processes incoming alarm calls and signals while subsequently dispatching first responders and notifying stakeholders.
Update internal computer databases to maintain accuracy and process inquiries from internal customers.
Effectively communicate to local police, fire, and EMS personnel.
Handle routine and emergency calls from within company property, the surrounding area and coordinate the appropriate response

One year experience in either customer service, burglar/fire alarm monitoring, computer processing, emergency dispatch, customer account maintenance, or related field.
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work multiple and varying shifts based on business needs.
Excellent human relations, organizational, and communications skills.
Must complete required training program.
