Senior Services Program Manager

- Contributions have major impact on the company's business (Cost, Efficiency, TCE) generally $7- 20M and/or internalproject budget over $5M. - Typically involves high degree of transformation, (e.g., mergers, divestitures & acquisitions). - Impact is evidenced by multiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution .

- Successfully operates in complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful.
