Full job description

The Global Program Manager leads the retail advocacy strategy and program execution across internal and external teams and partners-driving measurable sales growth through best-in-class retail engagement, training, and data-driven decision making. Includes but not limited to the Intel Retail Edge Program (IREP).

Applies knowledge of one or more business areas/domains to plan, monitor, drive programs/projects tied to development, implementation or upgrade of organization's processes, resources, and possibly operational areas including people operations. Manages cross functional projects or programs (group of projects) from start to end with considerable business impact across multiple organizations.

Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs and develops a comprehensive schedule while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen challenges. Partners with teams across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources and training assets. Collaborates with virtual project and/or program teams to define requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and impact assessment.

Monitors project and/or program's progress, resolves dependencies, evaluates risks, and communicates status to leadership team and other stakeholders. Sets and tracks project and/or program milestones, accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

- Data-driven decision-making with clear visibility to ROI and business outcomes

- Drives end-to-end retail training/advocacy strategy while ensuring strategic partnership with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and external teams.

- Translate Intel consumer business priorities into actionable training and enablement programs, ensuring alignment to Intel's goals and market opportunities.

- Define and track KPIs that measure both execution and business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, sales lift, retail engagement) from training/advocacy programs.

- Continuously refine strategy based on digital capabilities, customer and consumer insights and market dynamics, and performance results.

- Oversee a portfolio of retail training / enablement programs, ensuring execution against scope, timelines, and business objectives.

- Drive clarity on priorities, interdependencies, and resource allocation to deliver results at scale.

- Lead executive reviews, providing transparency into program health, risks, and financial performance.

- Manage portfolio-level risks and escalations, ensuring cross-program alignment and successful outcomes.

- Enable coordinated execution across in-store, online, and training-driven engagement programs.

- Partner with vendors and internal teams to design and deploy best-in-class retail training, content, and engagement strategies.

- Drive programs and trainings that influence retail sales professionals and improve in-store advocacy and customer experience.

- Leverage insights from retail environments to continuously improve training effectiveness and engagement models.

- Develop and operationalize KPI frameworks that connect program activities to measurable business outcomes (e.g., ROI, conversion, sales lift).

- Leverage data, analytics, and modeling (e.g., MMM, retail data insights) to guide decisions and optimize investments.

- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform strategic adjustments.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project/Program Management, Digital Marketing, Education/Learning) and 6+ years of experience in project/program management OR a master's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience OR a PhD with 2+ years of experience.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams, e.g., expertise in KPI development, executive communications, vendor and virtual team management, budget management processes

- Demonstrated retail and/or sales knowledge to drive training to coincide with key moments and milestones, manage internal and external alignment

- Flexibility to work across time zones to support collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.

- Excellent communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various levels.

- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.

- Passion for driving impactful programs and contributing to a culture of operational excellence.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $120,320.00-236,810.00 USD

Work Model for this Role This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
