eCommerce Analytics Specialist

- Dig into finds from Weekly and Monthly reporting to provide actionable insights - Explain analytics concepts to teams with varying levels of eCommerce and data fluency - Provide any follow-up data that may come from regular reporting - Identify areas of opportunity for reporting - Dig into data and uncover areas of opportunity - Use additional web vendors outside of Google Analytics for further analysis - Help with ad-hoc reporting and data pulls - QA Analytics tagging updates during release cycles - Other responsibilities and activities as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Digital Analytics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 1+ years' experience in digital analytics - Analytical with the ability to translate data into clear business insights - Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, IBM, or Adobe - Experienced with Excel (can perform complex functions), Looker Studio, or PowerBI - Demonstrate curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities - Build relationships across teams and contributes positively in a cross-functional environment - Demonstrate customer-minded thinking and use data to help improve the end-to-end digital shopping experience
