Provides high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries, requests, and account-related issues via phone and other communication channels. Researches and resolves customer concerns, provides information on banking products and services, and delivers solutions that meet customer needs. Responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues at first contact whenever possible.
  • Provide information on accounts, products, services, and transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account-related concerns.
  • Process account maintenance requests and updates.
  • Handle lost or stolen card reports and take appropriate action.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills.'
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and customer support practices.
  • Excellent telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify, resolve, and appropriately escalate issues.
