Experience: 7+ years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience as a performance consultant or training professional, with a proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders. - Strong instructional background, with demonstrated experience designing, managing, and scaling global programs. - Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously - Experience working across global or cross-regional teams - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve objectives. - High degree of initiative and ownership; comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist. - Analytical mindset with experience using data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement - Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills with both management and individual contributor audiences in a corporate environment. - Experience using AI tools and new technologies for solution design, development and analysis strongly preferred. - Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Experience managing early career, new graduate, or onboarding initiatives - Experience in semiconductor industry or engineering environment - Change management experience a plus
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
