Partnerships Analytics & Operations Senior Analyst

- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform:

- Support development of evaluation frameworks for partner and ecosystem decisions

- Break down ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear outputs

- Present insights in a clear, concise, and decision-oriented way

- Help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and usable across teams

- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to how the organization operates

- Track partner and ecosystem developments (product, GTM, competitive moves)

- Contribute to lightweight competitive intelligence efforts

- Support early-stage analyses and pilots to evaluate new partnership opportunities

- 3-8 years in analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or similar roles

- Strong track record of solving problems using data and structured thinking

- Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs) to accelerate analysis and workflows

- Familiarity with "vibe coding" / rapid prototyping using AI tools (e.g., building simple dashboards, scripts, or automations)

- Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations

- Curious and proactive - digs into problems without waiting for direction

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,000 -- $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
