Superintendent

We are seeking experienced Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, particularly within healthcare, higher education, and K-12 sectors, including both new construction and renovation projects.

• Medical / Healthcare facilities
• Higher Education (Colleges & Universities)
• K-12 Schools
• Experience in both New Construction and Renovation projects

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules and resolve on-site issues proactively

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects
