- Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.

- Organize and facilitate project meetings and collaborative working sessions with senior IT and business leaders.

- Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.

- Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.

- Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating them with solutions as needed.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development.

- Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.

- Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
