Full job description

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are: 2-4 years of experience in quantitative survey research, either in-house or at an agency Proficiency in R, SPSS, or Python for data analysis and manipulation (required) Experience with SQL/database querying for accessing and analyzing behavioral or product data (required) Experience building and maintaining dashboards to communicate ongoing metrics and research findings Desire to conduct the full survey research process including questionnaire development, programming, fielding, and statistical analysis (inferential stats, correlations, regression analysis, etc.) of results A focus on the details, with excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills Able to keep multiple projects on track and handle competing demands Ability to hold your own in a meeting and present research findings with a customer-centric perspective Preferred: Experience with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer) strongly preferred Preferred: Experience conducting research with ecommerce or other digital product development Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, HCI, marketing) Additional Information What's Next If you're interested in joining the team at Etsy, please share your resume with us and feel free to include a cover letter if you'd like.
