- A seasoned content leader who has built and scaled editorial teams, set vision, and shipped high-quality work in a deadline-oriented culture - Equally comfortable managing a team, presenting to customers, developing content roadmaps, and rolling up your sleeves to pitch, write, edit, review and research - AI-fluent, with ready-to-implement ideas on how AI can responsibly accelerate and enhance content creation - An exceptional storyteller and hands-on maker who can translate scientific research and behavioral science into clear, compelling, trustworthy content for global audiences - Deeply credible and curious in the realm of health and wellbeing, with a passion for the latest science and research across general wellbeing and specific health conditions - A manager who leads by example: you raise the quality bar while building the processes, calendars, and standards that enable your team to move fast, iterate, and continually learn and improve - Multi-format fluent - with expertise and experience in Thrive's content formats including webinars, articles, video, audio, social, newsletters, curricula, recipes, and in-product content - A people-first leader who develops talent, gives compassionately direct feedback, and cultivates a culture of excellence

Total target compensation for this role will be $210,000.

- Please note: We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity. The final offer amount will depend on factors like experience, expertise, and may differ from the range above. This range also excludes additional benefits, such as 401(k), and medical, dental, or vision insurance.
