ABOUT THE ROLE The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the full recruitment lifecycle at TaxRise from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and onboarding preparation. Working closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team, this role helps ensure every candidate has a professional, welcoming experience from first contact to first day.

Base pay: $71,000 – $73,000 per year Average monthly bonus: $400 – $800 per month WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the Candidate Experience Coordinate and conduct pre-screen interviews, keeping candidates informed and engaged at every stage Greet and host candidates during in-person interviews, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews across multiple departments Support Full-Cycle Recruitment Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach Conduct resume reviews and align candidates to role requirements and hiring criteria Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Greenhouse (ATS), including candidate statuses and disposition notes Ensure offer details are entered correctly in the ATS and support smooth hand-offs through the hiring process Partner with Hiring Managers Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and keep pipelines moving Provide regular updates on candidate status and pipeline activity Promote recruitment best practices and contribute to a consistent hiring experience across teams Support Employer Brand & Onboarding Contribute to TaxRise's social media presence and employer brand content Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and recruiting templates WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE 1 to 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Greenhouse experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Comfortable with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media recruiting Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to evolving priorities Professional phone presence and strong follow-through We understand potential comes in many forms.
