Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline - Experience Defining and Using Metrics to Drive Performance - Experience leading proposals and/or developing basis of estimates (BOEs) - Project Management experience - Proficiency with MS Office, Project, Visio, JIRA and/or Tableau Desired Skills: - Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering - Direct experience with lab build up, maintenance, update and operations for advanced fighter aircraft - Strong analytical and business acumen; skilled at interpreting technical data and creating actionable plans - Government Customer Presentation and Relationship Experience - Experience driving Performance with Cross-Functional Teams - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results under tight deadlines - Experience with government contract execution, technical reporting - Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or Control Account Management (CAM) experience - Supplier Management Experience - Risk Analysis - Product Development and Integration Management experience - Team leadership background - HW requirements/design/build - Subsystem integration/verification - Sensor integration and/or weapons integration Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
