Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor alarms, cameras, access-control systems, and communications channels; dispatch personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate calls for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, shift activity reports, and other required documentation.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
