- Comfortable operating without a playbook across ambiguous, high-stakes rollouts.
- Cross-functional operator - can align Engineering, Sales, and CS without formal authority.
- Background in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical account management, ideally enterprise SaaS.
Fully in person in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
Competitive base salary ($125k -$200K depending on years of experience), early-stage equity, unlimited PTO, and benefits.
