Full job description

- You have completed an academic university education (i.e. WO). - You have > 5 years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in strategic and/or operational roles at a large company or in the public sector. - Prior involvement in retail, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), agribusiness, energy, utilities, circularity, life sciences, healthcare, chemicals, industrial products and services, technology, media and telecom (TMT), mobility, automotive, investor support or financial services is highly advantageous. - You have leadership potential and extensive experience managing others and delegating work to more junior team members. - You have technical affinity and commercial insight. - You can think analytically and structure arguments clearly. - You work with precision. - You are open-minded. - You have experience managing others and delegating work to more junior team members. - You are familiar with/experienced in (financial) modeling (Excel), visualizing presentations (PowerPoint) and storytelling. - You have good oral, written and presentation skills and an excellent command of the English language.

You will be working for national and international clients from a variety of different industries and often will report to senior management.

  • Manage complex projects and be ultimately responsible for large projects (staffed typically with more than three consultants).
  • Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams.
  • Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger.
  • Contribute to Roland Berger’s knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work.
  • Participate in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector.
