As a intern within PNC's Risk Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

As a PNC Intern, you will participate in a "best-in-class" internship program . During this 10 - week program , you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to Independent Risk Management (IRM) , expand the tools you need to launch your career and complement your education with real-world job experience.

IRM and our line of business offices maintain PNC's emphasis on effective risk management and adhere to the enterprise's risk appetite . As a n IRM i ntern, you will engage in a collaborative environment gaining hands-on experience with the key components of PNC's risk framework. Your involvement will include activities such as data analysis and metrics, policy and procedures development, research, communications, and r eporting.

Interns will hear from IRM senior leaders throughout the 10-weeks and work together on various challenges that are proposed by key stakeholders within the business.

- Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business Law, I nformation T echnology , Operational Management, Statistics , Finance, Accounting) .

- Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision.

Work Experience Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a Corporate development/ training program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
