Information Systems Analyst I/II (Business Systems Analyst)

Key responsibilities include developing reports and queries; maintaining system and user documentation; configuring and testing enterprise applications including ERP and content management systems; designing business workflows; and evaluating new software and hardware solutions. The position collaborates closely with users and IT teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance system functionality, and ensure business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Qualifications Successful candidates will have training and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college with major course work in management information systems, computer science, or a closely related field; and two years of increasingly responsible professional business systems analysis or applications support experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

A valid Class C California driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under the district's vehicle insurance policy. Project management certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable. Information Systems Analyst II To be considered for the Information Systems Analyst II, candidates must have a minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis and application development or support; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
