Full job description

The Analyst, NA Sales Strategy and Analytics executes NA sales reporting, maintains Alloy system and reporting infrastructure, and tracks market performance. This role supports leadership with timely, accurate visibility into sales performance by brand, account, and retailer, and contributes to the analytics team's mission to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Collect and consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales data on KPIs (forecast vs. actuals, top doors, SKUs, inventory levels, shipments, etc.)

- Execute the production of weekly and monthly sales reports (both sell-in and sell-out) for leadership review

- Support data validation and quality assurance; identify discrepancies and escalate data issues to management

- Assist in synthesizing sales data into clear summaries and supporting insights for senior leadership

- Support NA sales forecast processes; assist with data consolidation and reconciliation across teams

- Perform ad-hoc analysis on forecast variance; prepare supporting documentation for management review

- Assist with sales planning calendar coordination and cross-functional alignment activities

- Consolidate monthly and quarterly retailer performance data for Ulta, Sephora, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other key partners

- Track and report on market share, sales performance, and inventory trends by retailer, category, and brand

- Support market analysis activities; gather and organize competitive and market trend data for management review

- Assist with Alloy system implementation; support user training and adoption across the analytics team

- Perform data validation in Alloy; monitor dashboard accuracy and flag data quality issues

- Support dashboard maintenance; assist with ad-hoc report requests and data pulls as needed

- Document Alloy processes and best practices; assist with training and onboarding on new system functionality

- Execute data quality checks and validation procedures; ensure accuracy and completeness of all reporting datasets

- Follow established reporting processes and workflows; identify opportunities to streamline or improve efficiency

- Maintain current documentation on reporting processes and system configurations for team reference

- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and category teams to gather data and support reporting needs

- Support the preparation of materials for leadership meetings; assist with data visualization and presentation support

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field

- 1-3 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, sales analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or related analytical role

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) and dashboard concepts

- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including intermediate-to-advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data modeling, formulas)

- Experience working with or viewing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools

- Proficiency with PowerPoint for creating clear, professional reports and presentations

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity

- Strong analytical thinking; ability to work with complex datasets and identify patterns or discrepancies

- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Collaborative and proactive team player; comfortable seeking guidance and escalating issues appropriately

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and analytics methodologies; self-directed learner

- Experience with Alloy or similar modern analytics platforms

- Familiarity with sales forecasting concepts and revenue planning processes

Pay Transparency - The following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

The pay range for this position is $55,000-$83,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
