This is a piece rate position, which means your pay is based on your production. The more you produce, the more you earn. This role is best for someone who is self-motivated and wants to control their own pay.
- Repair pallets by removing damaged boards and replacing them with new or recycled parts
- Use tools such as a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun (training provided)
- Make sure pallets are safe, including fixing or removing any sticking nails
- Help with sorting, stacking, and general cleanup as needed
