This position provides support within the Student-Athlete Formation unit at Baylor University and assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that promote the holistic development of student-athletes.
Areas of emphasis include career readiness, personal development, NIL education, development, and transition beyond sport. The ability to interact with a wide range of constituents, including student-athletes, coaches, Athletics staff, faculty, and campus partners, is essential.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in intercollegiate athletics, student development, or a related higher education setting.
Additionally, The candidate must have specific experience in providing NIL education for student-athletes and/or be knowledgeable of NIL in intercollegiate athletics.
