- The Right Experience: You've done real landscaping work before and can show us what you've built or maintained. - Plant & Soil Know-How: You understand plants, soil, fertilizer, and how to take care of them. - Tool Skills: You know how to safely run mowers, trimmers, tillers, and other yard gear. - Physical Stamina: You're fit enough to work hard outside in the Arkansas heat, cold, or rain. - Good Communicator: You are easy to talk to, work well with a crew, and can chat with clients professionally. - Sharp Eye for Detail: You notice the little things, solve problems on the fly, and leave jobs looking clean. - Ride & License: You have a valid driver's license and a reliable way to get to different job sites. - Bonus Points: Any official training or certifications in landscaping/horticulture are a huge plus (but not required).
