What You'll Do
You will be the voice customers hear first and the engine that keeps our operations running. Day to day, that looks like this:
- Manage incoming call queues and provide professional, empathetic service to customers during high-stress situations
- Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and internal platforms
- Accurately enter and update assignments, notes, and scheduling details across multiple systems
- Track job status and ensure timely updates, including inspection schedules and completion milestones
- Proactively follow up on assignments, including addressing delays, rejections, or missing information before they become problems
- Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teammates throughout each job
- Maintain detailed, organized documentation so everyone on the team has the visibility they need
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and flag them for improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business
Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and email platforms at the same time
Preferred:
- Experience in restoration, insurance claims, dispatch, or call center operations
- Familiarity with CRM or job management platforms
- Experience handling escalations or service recovery situations
