- Set up and operate printing presses to meet daily production goals - Monitor output and make adjustments to maintain quality and color accuracy - Troubleshoot issues when something isn't running right - Work with your team to keep jobs moving and minimize downtime - Track production and follow standard processes

- Mechanically inclined (work experience, hobbies, or school) - Pays attention to detail and notices when something is "off" - Doesn't ignore problems-works to fix them - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment - Reliable and accountable to the team
