Lead WMS Consultant

Job Location: Atlanta, GA, United States (Onsite/Hybrid) or fully remote within the United States for exceptional candidates.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems. - Strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform. - Deep understanding of warehouse workflows: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, etc. - Advanced proficiency in SQL, including designing and optimizing stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning on relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL). - Experience with API testing tools and system integrations (ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE). - Demonstrable troubleshooting and debugging skills across application, integration, and data layers. - Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

- This position requires approximately 50% travel initially, with the potential to increase up to 75% over the next six months.
