DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. - Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. - Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect them. - Perform valid and reliable SWOT analysis. - Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations. - Filter and "clean" data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. - Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. - Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: - BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics. - Proven working experience as a data analyst. - Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. - Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages. - Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. - Experience in specialty pharma, healthcare data, or patient-support environments. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. - Experience writing user stories for engineering teams. - Experience working with business stakeholders, management, development teams, and external client-facing teams. - Eligible to work in the United States. - Available for travel within the United States. - Available for occasional evening and weekend work.
