Senior Software Engineer

You are a hungry full stack software developer who is capable of thought leadership and high-quality code output, but who is also obsessed with making customers happy, and will do whatever it takes to make it happen. You are also autonomous and happy to take on big, ambiguous problems as one of the first engineers at a fast-growing startup.

You're willing to work nights and weekends if needed to get key projects over the line. But you (like us!) are more than your code and your hard work! You love building a culture where people love to work but believe in putting people first while having a huge amount of fun while you do your job.

You will be given substantial amounts of tokens to accomplish your job. We're looking for people who are willing to explore and maximize the value of those tokens. What you'll do in the role - Get your hands dirty deep in the AI systems, as well as writing traditional application code - Bake AI into every part of your role to make it better, trying to automate it away so you can do 100 jobs at once - Be a thought leader in the enterprise AI space - Manage and mentor junior engineers - Guide the early Coworker technical architecture decisions that will resonate throughout the global economy for years to come - Establish the Coworker engineering culture-live the mission and set a standard - Help the product team craft the team vision, strategy, and roadmap while proposing innovative solutions, as well as understanding technical limitations - Drive key business metrics - Push the frontier of what's possible with Enterprise AI - Have an inordinate amount of fun Position
