HVAC Career Coach

We're looking for a part-time HVAC Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching.

This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position . It's a flexible, paid opportunity best suited for experienced HVAC technicians who enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping others break into the trade - with upside if students choose to work with you.

- Answer student questions about HVAC careers and the job search

- Share real-world insight into what entry-level HVAC roles, apprenticeships, and certifications actually look like

- 3+ years of professional HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)

- Familiarity with entry-level roles, apprenticeships, and certification pathways (EPA 608, etc.)
