Workforce Developer (WD) - SME

CGS is seeking a skilled Workforce Developer (WD) - SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.

Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

-

Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.

-

Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives .

-

Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
