- Integrate the onboard software stack onto flight hardware, including flight controllers and companion compute
- Own ground-control software and the operator interface, supporting single-operator, multi-platform operation
- Plan and execute test campaigns end-to-end, including test cards, instrumentation, and safety/site coordination
- Perform post-test data analysis to gate program milestones
- Own the overall operator experience of the system, from ground control to in-field operation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, perception, navigation, and autonomy team
- Experience with ground control station (GCS) or human-machine interface (HMI) development
- Hands-on test experience with small aircraft or robotic platforms, including data analysis using
- Part 107 certification or airspace-authorization experience

Reasonable accommodations will be determined on a case-by-case basis. F or this position we are targeting a base pay between $140,000 - $260,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
