We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive for career advancement to join our team as an Associate Broker. Our Associate Brokers broker and supervise a portion of a Broker’s book of business, and support renewal and new business development.

Responsibilities Broker and supervise a portion of a Broker’s book of business, focused on, but not limited to renewals Prepare submissions for markets and secure quotes Maintain excellent client and agent relationships Assist Brokers to develop and execute marketing plans to drive new and renewal business, including in-person agency visits, telemarketing and distributing marketing materials Supervise execution of company underwriting guidelines, corporate policy and procedures, and compliance with contract terms Mentor and train Assistant Brokers as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years of Broker support or industry experience Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing Proven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detail Interest in continued education and professional development Benefits Competitive compensation Employer paid continuing education courses and designations via access to Kaufman Institute Health and welfare benefits including medical, vision and dental 401K with employer match Paid vacation, sick time, and holiday Access to Kaufman Wellness Progra Flexible and hybrid work options About Our Company Burns & Wilcox, the flagship organization of H.W.
