Full job description

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a high-caliber Technical Product Manager TPM who operates as a hybrid leader, blending executive-level strategic advisory with hands-on technical execution. This individual is responsible for the health, performance, and strategic alignment of engineering toolchains, ensuring that digital platforms accelerate design-to-manufacture velocity while maintaining rigorous aerospace compliance.

This is a hybrid opportunity located in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan Area.

- Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms, aligning long-term architectural health with immediate business requirements.

- Lead hands-on resolution of technical bottlenecks that threaten engineering productivity or project timelines.

- Act as the primary liaison between software development teams and design engineering departments to translate technical constraints into actionable business outcomes.

- Implement a value-driven operating model to track and report on the ROI of technical infrastructure improvements.

- Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver incremental value in a high-compliance aerospace environment.

- Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical specifications that serve as the single source of truth.

- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy, ITAR/EAR compliance, and secure-by-design engineering practices.

- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar technical leadership role managing engineering platforms and toolchains.

- Proven ability to bridge engineering, software development, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.

- Hands-on experience with PLM and engineering design tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Enovia, CATIA, CAD/CAE).

- Experience delivering solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Technical experience with cloud platforms, data/analytics solutions, and software development technologies (e.g., Python, SQL).

- Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity/access management, and ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.

- Demonstrated track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering measurable business value.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $130,500 - $193,000.
