Youth Soccer Coach

- As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment - You will facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities that not only teach soccer fundamentals but also encourage social skills and sportsmanship - Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups - Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players - Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship - Assist in evaluating players' progress and provide constructive feedback - Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times

Requirements - Enthusiastic and a positive attitude - Prior experience with teaching/coaching children - Ability to follow weekly curriculum provided by Soccer Stars - Passion for helping develop athletic skills - Reliable transportation required - Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
